To Register
Please note that:
- It is recommended to make a note of the connexion details which you will be using (email address and password) and to keep a copy of your registration record. You will need all this either to log back into your record later and to manage further steps of your participation.
- Please use exactly the same first name and family name and the same spelling which you have used for submission and will be using for all further steps in this conference. Otherwise our automated systems might not recognize you, which would delay or hinder the processing of your requests.
- If you are filling in the registration form on behalf of a Delegate, the name and details to be provided are those of that Delegate.
- When completing the registration form, each mandatory field (*) must be filled in before accessing the next field/page.
- Payments can be made by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) only. Do not forget to check the "Agree to the terms and conditions" box.
- Upon completion of payment, please download your receipt from your registration record.
- To log back into your record: click on the Register button and then on the Already Registered link, then follow the instructions until reaching your record.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration at any time. They may ask for refund until March 2, 2012. There is an administration fee of €75 on refunds. No refunds, whether for the registration fees or the optional items, will be issued after March 2, 2012. But substitutions will be possible until June 30, 2012.
