Registration Fees per Delegate
All prices are all taxes included.
Please note that there is no Day-Registration rate. All registrations must be completed before June 1, 2010. On-site registration will not be possible.
Multi-authored contributions
Only one participating co-author has to register as Contributor and will submit the proposal with mention of all co-authors' names (all mentioned co-authors will be cited in the Conference Programme). Other participating co-authors should register individually as Listeners. Co-authors who will not be participating in the Conference do not have to register.

* Student rate is subject to recommendation from a professor or supervisor. Students shall ask their supervisor or professor to send a recommendation email to Paris-Conference@analytrics.org. The recommendation email should specify the names of every student concerned. Once this is done, every supported student shall be provided with a personal confidential code to use for finalising registration.

Please note that: - If you are filling in the registration form on behalf of a Delegate, the name and details to be provided are those of that Delegate, not yours.
- When completing the registration form, each mandatory field (*) must be filled in before accessing the next field/page.
- After entering your data, go to the Checkout page. Once there, you can either proceed with payment or select the Will-Pay-Later option, and finish your registration. Your data will thus be saved and you will be able to access them at any time later to update them and/or complete your registration. Attendee substitution and cancellation of registration (without any possibility of refund beyond 20 January 2010 however) will also be possible. Please note that to benefit from the early bird rate, full payment of your registration fees must have been completed before July 1st, 2009.
- Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Confirmation will be in the form of a receipt which you will be able to download by yourself from your registration record.
- Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer/wire, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- It is recommended that you keep a copy of your registration record.
- To go back to your record: click on the Register button and then on the Already Registered link, then follow the instructions until reaching your record.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration at any time. They may ask for refund until the 20th of January 2010. There is an administration fee of €75 for refunds. No refunds, either for registration fees or for optional items, will be accepted/made after 20 January 2010. But substitutions will be possible until June 1st, 2010.
