Proceedings
Only those contributions which have been accepted for presentation in Individual Paper Sessions or Symposia may be submitted for publication in the Proceedings. Only those papers the authors of which have completed full registration to the Conference will be considered.
How to prepare your article
2/ Save it and print it so as to keep an eye on the guidelines while typing you article
3/ Then, save another copy of the TemplateStyleSheet. This will be your working file, wich you will type your article in
4/ Title the working file as follows
- if you are the single author: Lastname-Firstname-ContributionID.doc, for example Smith-John-A74780822.doc.
- if there are several co-authors: LastnameOfCoauthor1-LastnameOfCoauthor2-LastnameofCoauthor3-ContributionID.doc, for example Smith-Williams-Johnson-A74780822.doc
5/ Type your article within the template strictly following all style instructions. Please note that for technical reasons, it is of critical importance that your text be typed within the template. Articles not typed in the template will be rejected even if all other style requirements were met.
How to submit your article
Authors are invited to submit here their papers for publication in the Proceedings between 11 Febrary and 20 may 2010. Also, all those full papers which you might have already dropped previously in your Submission/Registration online form must be re-submitted here. In both Username and Password fields, enter your Pre-Registration/Reference Number (i.e. your personal registration ID which is mentioned on your (Pre-)Registration Confirmation email or on top of your online registration record). Enter this number without putting any letter before (neither ID nor A nor any other letter). Then upload your file in the 'Papers for Proceedings' folder. Please note that once submitted, the papers can neither be removed nor modified.
Papers submitted for refereeing will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and therefore should not be submitted again in the 'Papers for Proceedings' folder. Refereed papers will appear in Volume 1 ('Refereed Papers') of the Proceedings if they have successfully completed the refereeing phase. All other papers complying with the abovementioned formal requirements (see Section How To Prepare Your Article) will appear in the Non-Refereed Contributions volumes.
