Lunches (optional)
Lunches will be served in a private lounge of the hotel. Lunch price includes starter, main course, sweets, drinks, coffee, tax & gratuity. €48 / person / meal. All taxes included. Please mention any special dietary requirement in your registration form. Closing date for reservations: 3 July 2008
Evening Event (optional)
Thursday 17 July 2008, Dinner Cruise on the river Seine. €120 per person (all taxes included). Departure from the Conference hotel at 8:00 PM. Boarding will be at Port de Grenelle, just downstairs the hotel. Champagne offered. Return scheduled for about 11:30 PM. The Cruise will be operated by
Bateaux Parisiens. Please note that the number of available places is limited. Therefore, availability is not guaranteed and places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund requests must be received by 20 January 2008. There is an administration fee of €75 for refunds. No refunds will be made after 20 January 2008.
