Please note that it is most important to meet every deadline. The Organisers will not be able to wait for latecomers.

 

 

25 August 2011:

Opening of registration

 

 

1st September – 30 October 2011:

Submission of proposals - Extended to 11 November 

 

30 December 2011:

Results of the selection process released

 

4 January – 29 February 2012:

Submission of full papers for e-publication in the Proceedings. See directions here. Applying for e-publication in the Proceedings is optional; also, if you do not intend to apply, you are not required to submit any full paper before presenting orally and participating normally in the Conference. That said, those who have decided to apply must have finalised registration and payment of the registration fees and refereeing fees before March 1st, 2012.

 

29 February 2012:

Validity limit for the early registration rates

 

2 March 2012:

Deadline for refund requests. No refunds will be issued beyond this date

 

14 April 2012:

Validity limit of the discounted rates for hotel booking

 

   

 

30 April 2012:

- Deadline for the registration of those who wish their accepted contributions to be included in the Programme book. Contributions of which no author has registered prior to May 1st will not be included in the Programme book

- Registering as a Contributor, or as a presenting student, will no longer be possible after April 30. As of May 1st, only Listener registration will be possible

- Validity limit for the student registration rates

- Validity limit for the normal registration rates: Only the late registration rate applies as of May 1st

 

12 May 2012:

Deadline for session time reservation. Registered participants who have a contribution accepted for oral presentation have to reserve their presentation time here before 13 May 2012. Reservations can be made starting on the 15th day after completion of your registration. Times will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations and changes can be made until 12 May 2012. The reservation system will be closed on 13 May 2012.

 

21 May 2012:

A summary version of the Programme will be posted on the Programme page of the conference website

 

21 June – 15 July 2012:

Presenters may send their PowerPoint files to be loaded on to their session rooms’ computers. See directions here.
