The best way is to send us an email at Paris-Conference@analytrics.org. The secretariat will respond as soon as possible. Unless they are overloaded…

Please note that it’s no use to send more than one email for the same request in a short period of time: sending the same email/request again and again does not speed up the process. It only clogs our mailbox and delays response.

Also, please avoid asking questions the answers to which are in the website. The secretariat would not respond such questions. Instead, please carefully browse the website first, then contact the secretariat afterwards only if still necessary.

Another factor for secretarial overflow is when you ask questions the answers of which is/should be in your own records: e.g. ‘Please recall me my password’ or 'Please send me my abstract: I haven’t kept track of it', or ‘What is my registration ID’… The secretariat would not respond such questions neither.

Please bear in mind that the role of the secretariat is mainly to support the conference organisation. Increasing secretarial workload pushes increase in administration costs. Minimizing the administration costs helps avoid increase in registration fees….
